As Vice President of Innovation at Los Angeles City College, she established MetaCity, one of the nation's first comprehensive XR/Spatial AI programs in higher education. Within one year, 123 faculty were trained, over 1,087 lessons were created, and 2,300+ students enrolled in courses using immersive technology. Previously, she served as Vice President of Academic Affairs, Workforce and Economic Development at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, where she increased grant acquisition by 1,140% and led groundbreaking workforce initiatives recognized nationally.

At the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Marcy served as Lead Senior Program Officer for Postsecondary Success, leading a team of grant makers funding transformative higher education initiatives nationwide. She expanded the foundation's postsecondary investments and received the foundation's High Impact Award. She also served as Vice President of Operations and Impact at ACT Foundation, where she led strategic planning, research, and communications efforts that received Exemplary Merit Recognition.

Marcy has provided technical assistance to institutions including California State University Los Angeles, University of Southern California, Montana State University, Benedict College, Claflin University, Voorhees College, Whittier College, and dozens of community colleges, nonprofit, and government institutions. Her clients have included the Lumina Foundation, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of Energy, Federal Transportation Administration, American Association of Community Colleges, and workforce development organizations across the country.

She holds a Master of Science in Psychology (Developmental Psychology with emphasis in Psychometrics) and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) and Education (Business Education) from Eastern Washington University.
Renah leads Eduvators' technology strategy and integration, bringing expertise in AI systems, extended reality (XR), and accessible technology design developed across higher education and enterprise settings.

As Chief Academic Officer at EON Reality, Renah led curriculum transformation initiatives across more than 100 countries and directed the largest U.S. project integrating XR into the California Community College system. She served as the global leader for accessibility design in XR environments, ensuring immersive learning reached all learners regardless of ability. Her customer success approach achieved greater than 95% renewal rates through redesigned onboarding and implementation processes, and she was voted "Most Valuable Employee" by peers.

At the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office, Renah served as Statewide Data Tool Advisor, developing Career and Technical Education capacity across 115 colleges. She founded the National Workforce Credential Coalition to improve alignment between academic and industry credentials, and initiated the statewide LaunchBoard data system measuring academic and employment outcomes. She represented California at a White House presentation of over $500 million for manufacturing training.

Renah served as Dean of Career Pathways and Dual Enrollment at Saddleback College, where she restructured the college under Guided Pathways initiatives and redesigned basic skills systems to increase completion rates. Her background as a biomedical engineer at Baxter Healthcare, where she designed and patented medical products, informs her approach to accessibility and human-centered design.

She holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Educational Leadership from California State University Fullerton, a Master of Arts in Occupational Studies from California State University Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from University of California San Diego. Linda brings 47 years of frontline teaching experience to Eduvators, with deep expertise in distance education, instructional design, accessibility compliance, and faculty mentorship within the California Community College system.

At Los Angeles Trade-Technical College, Linda served as Distance Education Coordinator and Academic Technology Faculty Coordinator for over 25 years, managing administration for Canvas, Moodle, and digital badging systems. She mentored hundreds of faculty members in online education, instructional technology, and ADA compliance, building the human capacity that makes technology adoption stick. She continues to teach Health courses using modern pedagogical techniques.

Linda's parallel 47-year tenure at El Camino College includes instruction in First Aid, Lifeguard Training, Water Safety Instruction, and Health/Fitness, maintaining high standards of student safety and certification. This frontline teaching experience, sustained across nearly five decades, grounds her approach to faculty development in practical classroom realities.

She is an American Red Cross Instructor Trainer for Water Safety and Lifeguard Training, and a CPR Instructor for both the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. Her published works include Swimming Made Easy and Fun and contributions to the Aquatic Exercise Association's Aquatics Instructor Manual.
